Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for steel structure and civil works.
  
• Perform quantification, cost estimation, and rate analysis for structural and architectural elements.
  
• Manage change orders, variations, and claims in coordination with project and commercial teams.
  
• Handle upstream and downstream payment measurement and certification processes.
  
• Conduct material take-offs, subcontractor evaluations, and reconciliation.
  
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings, and project specifications.
  
• Support project management in budget tracking, cost control, and project forecasting.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation
  
• BOQ Preparation and Validation
  
• Change Management / Variations / Claims
  
• Contract Administration (FIDIC preferred)
  
• MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Quantity Take-off Software (e.g., Bluebeam / Planswift)
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
  
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7 years in Quantity Surveying for Steel Structure / Civil Projects.
  
• Experience working with EPC / Construction / Fabrication contractors.
  
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project deliverables.
  
• Familiar with international construction standards and practices.
