Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects.

• Review BOQ, variations, claims, and cost reports.

• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.

• Evaluate subcontractor payments and final accounts.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and procurement teams.

• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts.

  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying

• 8–12 years experience in construction projects (buildings / villas / high-rise)

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts

• UAE/GCC contracting experience preferred
