Job Description :
Lead cost planning, contract administration, and commercial reporting
Review and negotiate variations, claims, and subcontractor packages
Manage project valuations, cost analysis, and budget forecasting
Perform risk assessment and cost-control strategy implementation
Oversee audit-ready commercial documentation and approvals
Mentor QS team members and coordinate with project leadership
Requirements & Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
3 8+ years experience for QS, 8+ years for Senior QS
Mandatory experience in UAE aluminum & glass / fa ade / engineering projects
Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, and cost control
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and QS/ERP/estimation software
Ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy and compliance
Immediate availability to join is required
