Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze product lighting design requirements (luminous intensity, light distribution, correlated color temperature (CCT), color rendering index (CRI), unified glare rating (UGR), electrical parameters including wattage, voltage, and current, as well as LED thermal management).

Evaluate technical proposals from suppliers and provide recommendations to the design team.

Provide electrical and lighting solutions for new products, ensuring compliance with international quality standards.

Maintain continuous communication with global suppliers (such as Vossloh-Schwabe, LEDiL, Tridonic, Osram, Nichia) to source optimal solutions.

Support design and production teams with technical expertise to ensure component quality and reliability.

Ensure compliance of selected solutions with international lighting standards (IEC, EN, LM-79, LM-80, TM-21).

Prepare detailed technical reports to support decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Electronics), Physics, or a related field.

3 5 years of proven experience in LED lighting technologies (Modules, Drivers, Optics, Control Systems, etc.).

Experience in coordinating and working with international suppliers in lighting components and technologies.

Familiarity with international lighting standards (IEC, EN, LM-79, LM-80, TM-21).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare detailed technical reports.
