Approve and review safety and efficacy data developed by R&D Specialists, ensuring each ingredient is used within scientifically and regulatorily accepted limits.

Oversee the creation of comprehensive market analyses, ensuring adherence to required templates and methodological standards.

Evaluate market product formulations, including the identification of potentially hazardous ingredients.

Review and provide input on proposed ideas, formulation strategies, and development plans prior to lab trials.

Ensure proper documentation of all formulation trials in Odoo and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Follow up on lab trials performed by R&D Specialists, ensuring effective planning, execution, and documentation of formulation and stability studies.

Verify that microbiological testing for preservative efficacy is conducted, recorded, and acted upon appropriately.

Approve and review trial production sheets, ensuring accurate formulation details and manufacturing procedures.

Conduct scale-up trials with the production department, ensuring a smooth transition from laboratory to industrial scale (1 3 trials).

Approve and verify product specification sheets with defined critical quality parameters.

Prepare detailed product information files covering ingredients, actives, uses, and application methods.

Ensure proper preparation of regulatory composition files in alignment with the Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements.

Lead reformulation and optimisation initiatives for existing products to address raw material changes or stability needs.

Support ongoing technical development within the team by encouraging participation in training, webinars, and industry conferences.

Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and maintain adherence to GLP and internal R&D procedures throughout product development.
