Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Issue and manage local and Foreign Purchase Orders accurately and on time.
Execute POs and work orders as assigned.
Track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
Identify and evaluate suppliers
Conduct market research and support negotiations.
Maintain supplier database and sourcing channels.
Ensure compliance with payment cycles and documentation.
Review invoices and delivery notes.
Lead or support cost saving initiatives.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations.
Submit weekly procurement and sourcing reports.
Follow occupational safety rules.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
Strong knowledge of plastic resins (PE, PP, etc.) and masterbatch materials.
Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid understanding of procurement and sourcing techniques.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate across functions.
