Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and close property sales transactions across off-plan and secondary markets
Handle client inquiries, property viewings, and negotiations professionally
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords
Provide expert advice to clients regarding property options, pricing, and market trends
Prepare and manage offers, agreements, and necessary documentation
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, admin, and operations
Maintain accurate client and deal records using CRM systems
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate market
Strong knowledge of off-plan and/or secondary property sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage clients independently and work in a fast-paced environment
RERA certification is a strong advantage
Professional appearance and client-focused mindset
Valid UAE driving license preferred
