Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and close property sales transactions across off-plan and secondary markets

  • Handle client inquiries, property viewings, and negotiations professionally

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords

  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding property options, pricing, and market trends

  • Prepare and manage offers, agreements, and necessary documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, admin, and operations

  • Maintain accurate client and deal records using CRM systems

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate market

  • Strong knowledge of off-plan and/or secondary property sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage clients independently and work in a fast-paced environment

  • RERA certification is a strong advantage

  • Professional appearance and client-focused mindset

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
