Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Senior Manager Real Estate
Corporate Title: Senior Manager
Department: Real Estate
Reports to: Head Of Real Estate Department
Qualification : BE Or ME Or B Tech ( Civil Engineering) MBA preferred
Experience: 12 to 14 years of Total experience and Gulf working experience at least for 2 to 6 Years in Real estate domain.
Definition:
Managing facilities through the coordination of maintenance works and requirements to ensure optimal facility conditions
Job Purpose:
Developing and implementing leasing strategies, real estate management operations and policies and procedures in line with local laws, regulations and organizations mission and vision
- Overseeing, developing and managing diversified real estate portfolio and investment strategies, ensuring and promoting stronger return on assets
- Setting rental prices based on prevailing market conditions and unit desirability
- Informing and staying abreast of market competition activity, taxes, occupancy rates and lease expiration dates to ensure proper returns
- Analysing and identifying business opportunities in emerging markets to maintain competitiveness
- Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings and encouraging referrals
- Negotiating rental and lease agreements with various brands and chains
- Participating, preparing and developing business plans and direct special projects to enhance profitability
- Frequently inspecting properties to ensure decent condition and attractiveness to tenants
- Communicating and coordinating with the appropriate internal and external parties as and when required
- Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis
- Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times
- Responsible for Implementing EHSQ management system policy requirement
