Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review online sales transactions and ensure accurate recording.
- Record and verify collection transactions.
- Reconcile customer accounts and balances on a regular basis.
- Prepare and analyze discount reports.
- Prepare daily customer ageing balance reports.
- Develop and maintain the customer collection plan.
- Monitor and manage budget versus actual sales target achievement.
- Record and track B2B sales transactions accurately.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales accounting, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Experience in preparing ageing reports, sales reconciliations, and collection tracking.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Budget vs Actual).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Odoo).
- Good understanding of online sales platforms and B2B transaction processes.
