Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter hiring experience to support recruitment for clients across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networking, and industry databases.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on GCC project requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth selection process.
Maintain candidate pipeline for drilling, maintenance, EPC, offshore/onshore roles.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments.
