Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

  • Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networking, and industry databases.

  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on GCC project requirements.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth selection process.

  • Maintain candidate pipeline for drilling, maintenance, EPC, offshore/onshore roles.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments.
