Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in recruiting top talent for a wide range of roles of different levels. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the talent pipeline for a rapidly growing and diverse waste management company. Roles and Job D the end-to-end full recruitment cycle process for waste management-related roles, from job requisition and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding. Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, waste management networking events, and industry-specific platforms. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified waste management professionals to meet current and future hiring needs. Utilize creative sourcing strategies such as employee referrals, social recruiting, and networking in the waste management industry. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage the interview process. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the company. Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand the strategic direction of the projects and staffing needs.#LI-KS1 Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and source of hire. Use data to continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a professional recruitment process. Collaborate with other members of the HR and Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, improve processes, and align recruitment efforts. Provide mentoring and guidance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
  • SHRM-CP, AIRS, or other relevant recruitment certifications will set you apart from other candidates.
  • Proven experience in tech recruitment or specialized industries, showcasing your ability to fill challenging roles.
