Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
coordinate the surgical team, ensuring smooth and efficient operation flow from pre-op to post-op.
Expertly prepare the operating room, including sterile setup, equipment calibration, and anticipating surgeon needs.
Provide advanced nursing care during surgical procedures, assisting surgeons and managing patient safety at all times.
Supervise junior nurses and scrub technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in nursing principles.
- Holds a current Registered Nurse (RN) license with an active license, ensuring legal and professional compliance.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), showcasing life-saving skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operating theater setting, demonstrating expertise in surgical nursing.
