Job Description

As a Relationship Manager/ Corporate, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential corporate clients, as well as managing and maintaining existing client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding and analyzing clients' financial needs, and providing them with advice on various financial products and services offered by the bank.


Responsibilities
  • Actively identify and attract potential corporate clients through various channels, such as networking events and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and providing them with exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of corporate clients' financial statements, identify potential risks, and propose suitable financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services to corporate clients.
  • Monitor and manage corporate clients' portfolios, ensuring profitability and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date insights and advice.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on corporate clients' financial status and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience as a Relationship Manager/ Corporate in the banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • High level of financial analysis skills, with the ability to identify risks and propose suitable financial solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of Jordan's financial landscape, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
