Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the plant s maintenance and reliability strategy
Prepare and manage the Reliability Management Roadmap
Monitor and analyze maintenance and reliability performance, ensuring continuous improvement
Establish, track, and report on KPIs, reliability indices, and performance scorecards
Support cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in mechanical Power Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering
Professional certificate in Maintenance and Reliability CMRP
Strong command of English
Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
