Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations to minimize potential risks and ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction work, materials, and equipment to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and relevant codes to maintain project integrity.
  • Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve any on-site issues promptly for smooth project execution.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and other technical submissions from contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements and design intent.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, showcasing a commitment to professional standards.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrates experience in the construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, or other large-scale infrastructure projects, showcasing relevant industry expertise.
