Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee store operations, visual standards, stock handling & inventory accuracy
Coordinate logistics, compliance & reporting to support retail operations
Recruit, train & develop a high-performing, customer-focused retail team
Drive sales targets & in store activations while ensuring customer care
Lead retail strategy, KPIs & team performance with management
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Retail Management
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, word)
3+ years of Experience in Retail
Knowledge in Inventory Systems
English is a MUST
