Senior RFP & Proposal Specialist

Foreground is partnering with a global events agency to appoint a strategically minded and deadline-driven Senior RFP & Proposal Specialist, responsible for leading the coordination, writing, packaging, and submission of proposals in response to government and private sector tenders in Saudi Arabia.

This role is integral to the agencys business development efforts, particularly in a market driven by public tenders, Vision 2030 initiatives, and procurement-driven engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs and tenders, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and submission protocols.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, production, and account teams to gather relevant content and tailor each proposal to client objectives.
• Draft compelling technical write-ups, capability statements, and narrative sections aligned with Saudi public sector expectations.
• Oversee document formatting, version control, supporting documents, and legal attachments.
• Maintain a repository of standard templates, project references, bios, case studies, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate clarifications, submissions, and portal uploads in accordance with KSA procurement processes (Etimad, etc.).
