Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Senior Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and supporting daily operations on the shop floor. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to guide and support junior sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers and provide personalized, high-quality service.
Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly individual sales targets.
Promote upselling, cross-selling, and add-on products.
Handle customer concerns, exchanges, and returns professionally.
2. Product Knowledge & Styling
Maintain expert knowledge of all product lines, new arrivals, and promotions.
Offer styling advice and outfit coordination to enhance customer experience.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences.
3. Store Operations
Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, folding, and organizing merchandise.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are neat and attractive.
Operate the POS system, process transactions, and handle cash when required.
Participate in inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
4. Team Support & Leadership
Support and guide junior sales associates during shifts.
Help train new employees on sales techniques, store standards, and customer service.
Act as a shift leader when the Supervisor or Manager is unavailable.
Communicate customer feedback and store issues to the management team.
