Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales of the full range of Audio Visual and Security Systems products.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Responsible for growing new business by selling solutions to Specific Market Sectors "Education, Governmental, Private and others" and increase market share by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Research and understand the prospective client s business goals, objectives and challenges.
  • Responsible and accountable for meeting required sales/revenue targets.
  • Actively participate in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events and campaigns.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven work experience 8-15 years as a Sales Account Manager.
  • Proven work experience in different sectors such as systems integration, training, advertising, organization.
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
