Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage in sales of the full range of Audio Visual and Security Systems products.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Responsible for growing new business by selling solutions to Specific Market Sectors "Education, Governmental, Private and others" and increase market share by identifying new business opportunities.
- Research and understand the prospective client s business goals, objectives and challenges.
- Responsible and accountable for meeting required sales/revenue targets.
- Actively participate in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events and campaigns.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience 8-15 years as a Sales Account Manager.
- Proven work experience in different sectors such as systems integration, training, advertising, organization.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
