Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sell IT recruitment and outsourcing services (staff augmentation, dedicated teams, technical hiring) to new and existing clients
Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of accounts, with a focus on software and technology companies
Understand client business models and technical requirements to propose suitable IT outsourcing solutions
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal recruitment / technical teams
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and contracts in alignment with company policies
Track sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs, and report regularly to management
Stay up to date with market trends in IT outsourcing and technology staffing
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or Business Development professional in IT Outsourcing / Recruitment services
Strong background in selling services to software companies, tech startups, or IT service providers
Solid understanding of IT roles, technical profiles, and hiring models
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience managing long-term client accounts and renewals
Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills
