Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new business accounts within the ICT and telecommunications sector.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with technical, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in sales account management, preferably within the ICT or telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of ICT, telecom, networking, and security solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
