Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Keep record of sales trends
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new business accounts within the ICT and telecommunications sector.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of proven experience in sales account management, preferably within the ICT or telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of ICT, telecom, networking, and security solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
