Roles & Responsibilities
- Account Management: Oversee sales and solutions for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Product Sales: Manage Product and Solution Sales related to Digital Twin, Metaverse, AR+VR+MR wearables, and sales for major brand products/platforms, including Unity, Unreal, Vuzig, Varjo, Realware, Adobe, Oracle, and other Enterprise products.
- Sales Targets: Handle sales activities for end customers and resellers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver customized solutions for clients.
Technical Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of Autodesk, Autodesk ecosystem solutions, visualization solutions, VR/AR, and/or IT solutions.
- Ability to effectively simplify technical offerings to clients and partners.
Accountability:
- Sales Performance: Ensure sales targets for key accounts and major brand products are met or exceeded.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective management and service.
- Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and address customer needs.
- Solution Delivery: Ensure tailored solutions meet client requirements and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Authority:
- Sales Decisions: Make decisions on sales strategies, pricing, and product offerings to achieve targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead efforts with internal teams to develop and implement client solutions.
- Reporting: Provide reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a sales role within Autodesk, Autodesk ecosystem solutions, visualization solutions, VR/AR, and/or IT solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Leading sales and/or business development teams is a plus.
