Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Advisor’s responsibility is to provide potential clients with the right properties based on their specification. Work in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Masters / bachelor’s degree in related discipline/ industry.
Minimum 1-4 years of local Real Estate experience.
Both developer and broker work experience is a plus
Ability to think strategically
Think outside the box
Should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent English Language skills required
Arabic Language is a plus
Good understanding of Arabic cultures
Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.
Ability to provide rational input in negotiations.
Ability to utilize available resources effectively.

Passion, Integrity and Commitment
Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service
