Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for software solutions.

Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients in the Egyptian and Middle Eastern markets.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend tailored software solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Deliver compelling product presentations and software demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and support, to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular progress reports to management.

Represent Software House Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Fixed Salary + Commission up to 200k per Q

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-5 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably within the B2B sector.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed within the region.
