Roles & Responsibilities

Clienteling & VIP Relations: proactively manage a database of top-tier clients, offering private viewings, pre-views of upcoming collections, and highly personalized styling advice.

  • Deep Product Knowledge: expert on the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and materials in order to effectively upsell and cross-sell high-value pieces.
  • Target Achievement: Driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs) while maintaining elite floor standards and visual merchandising.
  • After-Sales Service: Ensuring seamless delivery, alterations, and handling any client concerns to foster long-term brand loyalty.
