Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and commercial proposals to stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Share client feedback and market insights with the wider sales and management teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.

Exposure to SaaS, FinTech, telecom, startups, or similar fast-paced industries.

Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; Zoho experience is a plus.

Bachelors degree with good command of English.

Location: Zahraa El-Maadi, Cairo; on-site, full-time, 9 5 with two days off and no business travel.
