Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and follow up with potential customers to promote company products/services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Provide professional after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and retention.
Compensation & Benefits:
Total package up to 40,000 EGP (Base Salary 23,000 EGP + commission).

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years proven experience in Sales.
Strong background in Customer Service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Must be a resident of 6th of October City or nearby areas.
A proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented personality.
