Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader with a minimum of 12 years of proven experience in the Saudi banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust network of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or corporate entities in Riyadh. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key institutional relationships, and leading strategic sales initiatives to expand our market share in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and manage key institutional relationships
- Develop sales strategy for Riyadh region
- Manage high-value accounts and cross-sell banking products
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes
Requirements:
- 12+ years in Banking Sales, Corporate Banking, or Wealth Management (5+ years in Saudi market)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Deep understanding of Islamic Finance and conventional banking instruments
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
- Transferable Iqama and available to start immediately
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Strong understanding of Vision 2030 and Saudi business environment
- Proven track record of hitting multi-million SAR targets
