Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of sales engineers/executives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new industrial clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Eastern Province.

  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.

  • Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure timely order delivery.

  • Conduct field visits, on-site inspections, and client follow-ups.

  • Report sales activities, forecasts, and performance to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Expertise & Industrial Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hydraulic or industrial hose sales within Saudi Arabia.

  • In-depth technical knowledge of hose assembly, fittings, adapters, and crimping tools.

  • Strong understanding of oil & gas, construction, and industrial maintenance sectors.

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and field support for hose applications.

  • Proven record in team leadership, customer relationship management (CRM), and negotiation.

  • Familiarity with major brands such as Parker, Alfagomma, Gates, Manuli, or similar OEM products.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Malayalam is a plus).

  • Valid Saudi driving license. Transferable Iqama is mandatory.

  • Candidates from India (Kerala) currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
