Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, in Lebanon and offshore
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for diesel generator sets, control systems, and related equipment.
- Participate in Lebanese Tenders, and maintain good contact with the NGOs.
- Conduct site visits and send the technical evaluations to ensure proper solution design.
- Collaborate with the Installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Handle project requests by carefully assessing the BOQ s and technical documents.
- Stay up to date on competitors, market trends, and technological developments in power generation.
- Assist the sales Team and Saccal offices offshore in quoting projects and Tenders
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and profitability goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 Years of sales experience
- Technical & Sales experience in manufacturing or engineering field is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers
- Extroverted personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications
- Motorized and willing to work on his/her own car
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 Years of sales experience
Technical & Sales experience in manufacturing or engineering field is preferable
