Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector, focusing on industrial automation and control solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase KMT s automation capabilities and value propositions.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design and propose customized automation solutions that address client requirements and industry standards.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators as set by management.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales consultations and post-sales follow-up.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation to support business planning and decision-making.

Represent KMT for Industrial Services at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market reach.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related field).

3-5 years of proven experience in sales engineering, preferably within the oil and gas or industrial automation sectors.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation, PLC systems, and control solutions.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and delivering product demonstrations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Solid understanding of the oil and gas industry s operational challenges and requirements.

Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
