Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals and tenders
- Review project requirements, specifications, and BOQs
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to provide optimal solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Track market trends, competitors, and project pipelines
- Support project handover and client satisfaction post-award
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the glass, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications and benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
