Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead high profile sales opportunities, from inquiry to order closing, focusing on complex or large scale VRF projects.
  • Guide and support sales engineers in preparing technical proposals, pricing, and project specifications.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify key clients, consultants, and tender opportunities.
  • Represent the company in senior level meetings with consultants, developers, and major contractors.
  • Take ownership of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and procurement teams (Direct Manager) to ensure alignment between sales promises and project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and technical standards during the proposal stage.

  • Advanced technical knowledge of VRF and HVAC systems.
  • High-level client management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability in strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience
  • Previous experience working in the HVAC industry.
  • VRF Knowledge
