Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to drive revenue growth for CashPrime s suite of cash management solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of CashPrime s hardware, software, and managed services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position CashPrime as a market leader.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management and strategic account planning.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management for informed decision-making.
  • Represent CashPrime at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial technology, cash management, or B2B solutions sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of cash management solutions, automation hardware, or digitalization software is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
