Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The ability to generate new sales revenue independently.
Assist in create a sales plan that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives.
Account Management to retain and grow current client base.
Develop a database of prospective clients.
Identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities.
Direct contact of prospective clients through personal visits and phone calls.
Provide customer quotations with a follow up.
Prepare daily sales report and Quarterly business plan.
Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
Maintain records of customer details / sales visits.
Identify potential customers and register opportunities.
Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring integrity & accuracy in all pricing matters.
Extensive Market & Industry research to Identify new opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ year of experience in Sales within a Shipping Line or NVOCC company.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
Leadership, supervision and direction abilities.
