Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance by converting leads into customers through outbound B2C calls. This role plays a key part in helping individuals make informed decisions about their career growth while ensuring excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and passionate about achieving results.


Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound B2C calls to prospective customers, providing detailed information about company offerings
-Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
-Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns to drive conversions
-Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
-Maintain a high conversion rate through persuasive and consistent communication
-Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and programs
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
-Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
-Track and manage leads effectively to sustain a steady sales pipeline
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights for improved lead quality
-Provide feedback on customer preferences, objections, and trends to refine offerings and sales approaches

Desired Candidate Profile

-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory
-1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, telecalling, or a related role
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
-Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
-Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport
-Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales activity
-Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads effectively
