Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive the full sales cycle for primary market properties, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored guidance and trusted insights throughout the buying process.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase luxury, residential, and commercial projects.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments within Egypt s real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experiences and effective lead management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand client base and brand presence.
  • Uphold NURLINE s standards of excellence, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all client engagements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, customer needs analysis, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage key accounts and handle the full sales cycle independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and result-driven attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance).
  • Valid driving license (if required for client visits or field sales).
