Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the FMCG packaging market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, supply chain, and customer service) to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the UAE and wider GCC markets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market insights to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales professional should have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in FMCG packaging sales (plastics, food & beverage, consumer goods packaging preferred).
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license preferred.
