Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales for plastic furniture and household plastic products across the UAE market. Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and trading partners. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct regular market visits to assess opportunities, promote products, and close deals. Present product features, pricing, and advantages to potential buyers. Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, and contract conditions with clients. Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into successful sales orders. Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities to provide accurate feedback to management. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Track sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review. Represent the company professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
