Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Tasks (Core Responsibilities):
Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure targets are met.
Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential clients.
Report sales progress and forecasts to management.
Extra Tasks (with Extra Bonus):
Contribute to developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Support in organizing AeroSky s training events and exhibitions.
Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members.
Identify partnership opportunities with new training centers or corporate clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in training or education is an advantage.
