Role: Senior Sales Executive


Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Type: Full-Time role

We have ambitious growth targets in ME market and this role will play a pivotal role in helping achieve these targets.


Experience Required: 5-8 Years (SAP Solutions sales)

Role Requirement: We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling SAP ERP Solutions (especially S/4HANA) to enterprise and mid-market clients in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate understands the Saudi business culture, ability to build a pipeline of network of CXOs and IT decision-makers and have experience in solution-based sales.


Job Responsibilities:

· Drive end-to-end sales of SAP solutions and services across assigned territory.

· Build, develop and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud and on-premises offerings.

· Develop territory plans, account strategies, and forecasts specifically aligned with the Saudi market. · Consistently achieve and exceed assigned annual sales targets and revenue goals.

· Identify new SAP business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline within enterprise accounts.

· Lead customer discussions, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.

· Prepare sales forecasts, account plans and regular pipeline updates for management review.

· Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers and stakeholders to understand client pain points and propose tailored SAP solutions.

· Stay updated on knowledge of SAP product offerings, industry trends and the competitive landscape in Saudi Arabia.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or a related field

· Maximum 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling SAP solutions is essential.

· Strong experience in selling to Saudi clients across public sector, manufacturing, retail or financial services.

· Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and cloud migration conversations.

· Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the Saudi market.

· Fluent in English and Arabic.

· Existing relationships with key stakeholders in large Saudi enterprises or government entities is a strong advantage.

· Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.

· Work Visa Sponsorship is available for the right candidates.
