Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Government Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding government accounts by building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth.

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with government entities and key decision-makers.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and sales pipelines aligned with government requirements and priorities.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions for government programs and tenders.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Engage with senior government stakeholders to understand requirements and position tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, high service standards, and fulfillment of commitments.

Sales Performance & Market Intelligence

  • Achieve sales targets through effective deal management, negotiation, and consistent follow-up.
  • Monitor market trends, government policies, and procurement processes to support informed sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and account plans to support performance tracking and decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor s degree in Business Development ,Marketing or related field.

Experience & Functional Knowledge

  • 3-5 years of experience in Government sales.
  • Experience in FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience in government sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of UAE government procurement processes and public sector engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • UAE National is preferred.
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory.
