Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Research and generate lists of companies aligned with NOK HC target markets and services.
- Identify the correct decision-makers and gather accurate contact details.
- Upload and maintain updated client data on the CRM system.
- Distribute qualified leads to the Sales & Growth team efficiently.
- Conduct outreach activities including emails, calls, and LinkedIn networking.
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
- Support the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and identifying business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up processes.
- Track market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare reports and updates on lead generation and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Sales & Growth roles.
- Strong B2B experience is a must.
- Corporate background and professional communication style are essential.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong research and lead generation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, HR solutions, outsourcing, or staffing industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation platforms is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
