Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and generate lists of companies aligned with NOK HC target markets and services.
  • Identify the correct decision-makers and gather accurate contact details.
  • Upload and maintain updated client data on the CRM system.
  • Distribute qualified leads to the Sales & Growth team efficiently.
  • Conduct outreach activities including emails, calls, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
  • Support the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and identifying business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up processes.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and updates on lead generation and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Sales & Growth roles.
  • Strong B2B experience is a must.
  • Corporate background and professional communication style are essential.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Strong research and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, HR solutions, outsourcing, or staffing industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation platforms is an advantage.
