Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
5-7 years in real estate or investment asset sales. (Experience selling
real estate assets to investors in Gulf markets is a plus)
Sales planning and pipeline management strategies
Sales data analysis, performance reporting, and forecasting
Understanding of real estate valuations to explain to clients
Professional communication and presentation tools
Understanding of legal contracting processes in real estate
transactions
Consultative selling techniques
Experience selling real estate projects in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
Network of investor and developer relationships in the region
Knowledge of Saudi real estate contracting procedures
Track record of closing high-value deals
