Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- 10 15 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, Flexible Packaging, Food/Paper Packaging, Ink, Adhesive, Chemical, or FMCG (packaging-related) industries. (Must-Have)
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pleasant Personality and good networking.
- Good in follow up, negotiation and persuasion with Customers specially B2B.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to travel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Achieve annual sales, volume, and profitability targets for assigned markets and key customers.
- Manage and grow key corporate/MNC accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely collection.
- Lead export sales activities, including market development, pricing, and coordination with logistics to ensure OTIF deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain strong business relationships through regular customer visits.
- Develop new markets and support the launch of innovative and sustainable products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable management systems (BRC, ISO 9001, OHSAS, EMS).
- Lead and support the sales team, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
