Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
* Develop and execute overall sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives
* Build and lead high-performing sales teams across channels
* Lead B2B distribution strategy and onboard new partners
* Expand retail presence (stores, franchises, shop-in-shop)
* Own revenue targets and monitor sales performance
* Analyze market trends and optimize pricing and product mix
* Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain
Requirements
* Minimum 15+ years in sales, preferably in fashion/apparel/retail
* Strong experience in B2B sales and distribution
* Proven track record in retail expansion
* Strong network within the fashion and retail industry
* Leadership experience managing large teams
* Experience in GCC markets is a plus
