Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to target markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key clients, leveraging existing networks to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead negotiations with high-stakes clients, ensuring optimal terms that align with corporate profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with broader business initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, utilizing data analytics to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints or issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge and inform future sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • A minimum of 5–20 years of progressive field sales experience, preferably within industries such as food and beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), household products, toys and games, disposable packaging, or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset and resilience.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; additional languages are a valuable asset.
  • High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and developing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies effectively.
