Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reservation of fleets, tours, guides
  • Making sure of the seamless daily operational tasks (After coordinating with drivers, airport reps, guides, other stakeholders)
  • To act as emergency contact for guests in town
  • Service booking with the stake holders
  • Making sure to present to precheck services (Vehicles, Guides, Restaurant booking etc.)
  • Meeting the hotel concierge and front office in promoting products
  • Handling of Queries by email/ phone calls (If necessary)
  • Collecting feedback on departure
  • Reporting events to reporting manager
  • Ensuring Management policies in routine functioning
  • Addressing to Routine / Operational Grievances and complaints
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth handling of guests

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the operations division in the travel industry.
  • Must have thorough knowledge about the tourists’ places in Qatar and should know all the locations of Qatar
  • Must have good contacts with stakeholders and service providers in Doha
