Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tailored logistics solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure service quality.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Negotiate terms, rates, and agreements with customers in accordance with company policies.
- Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping processes, ocean freight, customs regulations, and supply chain solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
