Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tailored logistics solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure service quality.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and agreements with customers in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping processes, ocean freight, customs regulations, and supply chain solutions.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
